Modo de preparo do bolo de mandioca

Bolo de Mandioca ou Aipim

Ingredientes

  • 4 ovos.
  • 50 g de coco ralado.
  • 50 g queijo ralado.
  • 3 xícaras de mandioca ralada grosso.
  • 1 e 1/2 xícaras de açúcar.
  • 3 colheres (sopa) de manteiga.
  • 1 e 1/2 xícaras de farinha de trigo.
  • 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó.

Modo de preparo

  1. Preaqueça o forno a 180°C durante 15 minutos.
  2. Em uma tigela, bata a manteiga a temperatura ambiente com o açúcar até esbranquiçar bem.
  3. Incorpore os ovos um a um, batendo bem até obter um creme fofo.
  4. Acrescente a farinha e o fermento em pó, previamente peneirados, e misture delicadamente no creme.
  5. Incorpore a mandioca, misture bem e seguidamente o queijo ralado e o coco.
  6. Despeje a massa em uma forma untada e leve para o forno por aproximadamente 40 minutos.
