Bananas, as famosas bananas que muitas vezes esquecemos no fundo da tigela, que acabam amadurecendo demais e jogamos fora por pensar que não servem. Pois é, temos esse costume errado e acabamos descartando um dos frutos mais perfeitos para fazer sobremesas, devido ao doce sabor que o caracteriza e que todo mundo adora. É por isso que hoje traremos uma receita incrível que servira para aproveitar esse fruto tão gostoso e cheio de vitaminas. É um bolo de banana simples de fazer que deixara todos com vontade de comer mais de uma fatia. Confira embaixo os ingredientes e o modo de preparo desse bolo.

Modo de preparo do Bolo de Banana

Bolo de banana fatiado

Ingredientes

  • 3 bananas amadurecidas.
  • 2 ovos.
  • 150g de manteiga ou margarina.
  • 2 xícaras (chá) farinha de trigo.
  • 3/4 xícara (chá) de açúcar.
  • 1 colher (chá) fermento em pó.
  • 1 pitada de sal.
  • 60ml de iogurte integral.
  • 1/2 colher de chá de essência de baunilha.

Modo de preparo

  1. Pré-aqueça o forno a 180° C durante 15 minutos.
  2. Numa tigela misture bem a farinha, o fermento em pó e a pitada de sal.
  3. Numa outra tigela amasse as bananas até formar um purê.
  4. Adicione a manteiga/margarina derretida os ovos, o iogurte, o açúcar, a essência de baunilha e bata bem até formar um creme.
  5. Coloque a farinha no creme de banana e misture novamente.
  6. Despeje a mistura numa forma untada com manteiga e farinha.
  7. Leve ao forno durante aproximadamente 40 ou 45 min minutos, ou até enfiar um palito dentro do bolo, e o mesmo saia limpo.

Não é um segredo que a banana é uma das frutas mais completas enquanto as propriedades nutricionais se refere, proporcionando ao ser humano inúmeros benefícios. A banana, apesar de ser rica em amido e açúcar, possuem alto teor de potássio, que é conhecido por reduzir a pressão arterial. Isso ajuda a contrabalançar os efeitos do sódio no corpo [1]. O bolo de banana então, não só acabara com essa vontade de um bom doce, senão que também irá proporcionar nutrientes ao corpo, e o melhor de tudo é que e bolo pode facilmente se transformar em uma sobremesa livre de “pecados” ao substituir a farinha de trigo por farinha de amêndoas ou aveia, e a manteiga por algum azeite de sabor suave e obviamente tirando o açúcar refinado, que não fará muita falta no bolo, pois a fruta já irá prover o sabor doce

Uma ótima dica para elevar o sabor do bolo de banana é acrescentar uma colher de chá de canela na massa. A canela aromatizará o bolo e deixara ele muito mais gostoso.

Para dar uma diferenciada no seu doce o uso de frutos secos como amêndoas, castanhas ou nozes fazem uma combinação perfeita no bolo de banana, assim como as uvas passas que dão um sabor especial.

Caso deseje cobrir e rechear o bolo, a combinação de banana-chocolate nunca falha em impressionar. Um brigadeiro ou uma ganache de chocolate por cima complementara seu bolo e o tornara em uma sobremesa.
